It’s that time of year again when you may be noticing some of your coworkers getting the sniffles, while in faint distance you also hear a sneeze and blow of the nose.
You know what’s coming and it may get to you too! A cold!
Fear no more! If you feel that dryness or soreness in your throat coming on, try this tea to help stave off the germs.
In a cup of hot water, add the following:
1/2 Tblsp of powdered ginger
1/2 Tblsp of turmeric
1/2 Tblsp of lemon juice
1/2 Tsp of cayenne pepper
1 Tsp of honey
It is not the best tasting tea but it does do wonders when you’re trying to prevent or get ride of a cold and it’s natural. Pair that with lots of rest and you’re set.
