Before grabbing that pain reliever from your cabinet, think about something that may help you curb your pain or stop that discomfort.
Can’t think of something else, opt for a juice or tea as a natural remedy. While it may not be the strong quick fix, it’s better than putting chemicals into your body when not necessary.
Give it a try. If you like it, keep doing it. If you don’t, then at least you tried.

Cystitis- Drink cranberry juice mixed with a bit of water and keep drinking it until the discomfort has gone away.
