Looking for something to soothe your sweet tooth? This is my best weapon and they are delicious. They are almond date balls. They are not very high in calories and are a great snack when you’re trying to stay healthy. They are also packed with protein and easy to make!
What You Need:
1 1/2 cup of raw almonds
1 1/2 cup of fresh dates
1 tbsp natural almond butter
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
What To Do:
1. About and hour before you start making the balls , soak the almonds and dates in separate bowls of water. Fill the bowls just enough to cover the almonds and dates.
2. Once they are soaked, add the almonds to a processor. Blend until they are small chunks.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and blend them until the ingredients are well mixed.
4. With wet hands roll the mixture into balls and put them on a plate.
5.Put them in the fridge for about an hour.
