Get your butt in gear by first kicking out excuses that hold you back from being the best you can be.

 It’s a struggle for a lot of us especially those of us who love sweets! 

First off, get over the complaining. If you start thinking of excuses or complaints your workout will not work you out as much as you could have. 

Secondly, get a good playlist to keep you motivated and ready to go harder if needed.
