It’s a traditionally heavy dish when made with pasta, but opt to replace the pasta with spiralized zucchini and voila! It’s healthy and tasty. Did I mention it’s easy to make?
What you need:
1 tblsp olive oil
1 spiralized zucchini
2 cups grape tomatoes cut in half
5 basil leaves
1 tblsp chopped garlic
Sea salt and pepper for taste
What you need to do is mix all these ingredients together in a pan over medium-hi heat until the tomatoes get soft. After that, serve the dish with some cheese on top!
