Date night. Not the romantic kind but still good. That and it’s wrapped in bacon.
Yes, I am talking about food! Bacon wrapped dates and they are the best ting to make for an impromptu wine night or simply to take something yummy to a friends house.
It’s fast, easy and cheap to make! It’s also D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! So keep it in your back pocket!
Here’s what you need:
1 pack of pitted dates
1 pack of Applewood smoked bacon
1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
What to do:
1. Spread the coconut oil on a pan & set the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut the slices of bacon into three pieces. This means one slice will be cut into 2 pieces
3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each date and place it on the pan until all the dates are used. Make sure the slit of the bacon faces downwards.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until it looks crispy.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Even after this delectible dish you can make it a romantic date night 😉
