You’re hungry but don’t have anything done in your house. Try these no bake energy snacks meant to give you that extra kick you need.
What you need:
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed meal
5 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
What to do:
1. Mix the honey, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Once that is mixed, then mix in the other ingredients.
3. Put the mix in the fridge for about an hour.
4. Once the mix is set, use a spoon to roll the mix into balls and put them in an airtight container.
