Cucumber Couscous Salad

Just in time for Spring, there is a delicious and mostly healthy salad, we here at TheYLife love to eat!

What You Need: 

  • 1 cucumber (diced into blocks)
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled Feta cheese 
  • 1/3 cup of lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley 
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Israeli Couscous
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of powdered garlic 
What to do:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve!
