So, this is the deal. You want to do new things for Spring but whether it’s something physical or internal, most of us think about the finishing line and not the journey to the goal.
So we say, ” I want to do this,” but instead of thinking of it that way, the best way to think about it would be “I have done this to get to this goal.”
By thinking of it this way, it helps you keep track of what you are doing to get to your spring goals.
