Peach Cobbler

Pre-heat oven to 350°F

Grease a deep dish, and arrange peaches/bread:

1 Cubed loaf of day- old bread

4 Ripened Peaches diced

 

In a bowl, mix liquid ingredients:

4 Eggs- beaten

1 ½ Cups of Milk

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar

1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1 Tsp. salt

Pour the Liquid mixture, over bread into the deep dish and allow it to soak for 10 Minutes

Bake 45 Minutes

Topping (Optional):

In a pot, simmer, over medium heat while whisking:

1 Can sweetened- condensed milk

2 Tbsp. white- rum

1 Tsp. vanilla extract

Pour topping over warm bread pudding and serve… Enjoy!
