Detox The Week With A Salad

Whether you’re detoxing from eating too much stuff  during your hectic work week or you’re detoxing so you can be ready for a weekend of partying, it’s good for you.

Now while it may not sounds like the most tasty treat, after scouring the internet I found some recipes but decided to make it my own, which you can do to but if you need a base, there is one below.

Each ingredient has a detoxing or anti-inflammatory property meant to help you be the best you can be.

What You Need:
1 cups of chopped avocados
1 cup of chopped kale
1/2 cup of chopped red cabbage
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of  shredded carrots
1/2 cup of parsley
1/2 cup of chopped radishes

Dressing:
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of shredded ginger (You can replace with powdered if you want)
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of agave nectar
pinch of cayenne

What To Do:
1. Use a mini chopper or a mixing bowl to mix all the dressing ingredients
2. Grab another bowl and mix in all the salon ingredients
3. Pour the dressing on top and mix.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
