Well if you’re looking for some of that,  try this healthy snack not only meant for glowing skin but also great for your waistline.

Yogurt helps make your skin and nails glow. The biotin also helps strengthen your nails. Studies have also found it helps stimulate fat metabolism;therefore, helping with weight loss.

As for the blueberries,  the U.S. Department of Agriculture ranked it #1 for antioxidant activity. They help prevent premature aging.

The honey is great for energy!

What You Need:
1/2  cup of greek yogurt
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 Teaspoon of honey

What To Do:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together. You can add or subtract the amounts depending on your liking.
