What You Need:

2 tablespoons miso sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey

1 salmon fillet
1 cup sliced oranges
2 cups of spinach

What to do
1. Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the salmon on a non stick tray and pop it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the edges are browned.
3. Once the salmon is cooked, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the dressing onto the salad.
4. Toss and serve!
