So you plop yourself on the couch after a long, stressful day at work but what about dinner.

What about with an extra kick. Say enough kick to fight stress and its effect on the body.

Try this quick and light recipe mean to help you do just that. Maybe accompany your meal with a chamomile or green tea which also helps battle stress .

What You Need:
2 chopped avocados
1 bag of spring salad mix
1 sliced mandarin orange
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of raspberries
Pinch of Pepper & salt

Dressing:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey

What to do: :

1. Mix all the ingredients for the salad and the dressing together and serve stress free!
