Our Kale, Apple & Banana Smoothie

This is a go to for when you want to eat something that will give you energy and help you feel full.

It’s delicious and won’t leave you feeling bogged down like a fast food item. Grab it on the go or sip it at home. Enjoy!

What You Need:
1/3 cup greek yogurt
½ tablespoon honey
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup of kale
1 banana
1 cup of chopped apple (about half an apple)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

What To Do:
Put everything into the blender. Blend and serve! Go do something with all that energy.
