It’s the hustle and bustle which may cause us to sometimes eat what may not be the best thing for us. Whether you enjoy it or feel guilty later, a balance is key to this.

If you don’t have time to eat well during the day, try to make your healthy eating count and cleanse you of any unhealthy eating.

To do this, try some things that will help cleanse you while you’re on the go.

Water

It’s the most obvious one but some of us including me forget to hydrate while rushing around. Buy a water bottle or thermos then pop it in your purse or work bag. If you have it right there, you are more likely to reach for it. It’s a small step but makes a big difference. If you find it hard to stop and take breaks to drink, then when you go on a bathroom break, chug some water.

Lemons
This is the best thing for people who are always on the run. You can put it in your water or on your food. Either way, you’ll get the benefits. Lemon helps you flush toxins out of your body. You can even drink it like a tea if you prefer.

 Turmeric

I am not going to lie, it doesn’t taste very good but it doesn’t taste awful either. This has made it to the list because you can put it on your food or put a few pinches in your water. If you also suffer from asthma or have a cold this helps a lot.

Ginger

You can buy this as a tea, powder or just buy the full root. Either way is easiest for you. Not only will it help detox your body, it will also curb your cravings for sweets. You can just cut a few pieces of root and pop it into your water bottle.
