Big Not So Fattening Greek Salad

It’s the joys of a Greek salad with some calories cut out of it.

What You Need:

2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped cucumber
1/2 chopped red onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
5 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (no salt)
1/2 cup of non fat feta cheese
4 pitted Kalamata Olives

What To Do:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes then serve.
