When You Get Lemons…Put Them In Your H20

It’s hot and you’re constantly sweating. The first thing that may come to mind is that you need air conditioning. The second would be water…or a frozen drink.

For those who may feel drinking water is a chore, here is a cheat to make you’re water more tasty. It may be a trick to get thou to stay hydrated but lets face it …if it’s tasty, you’re more likely to drink it.

What You Need: 

1 Pitcher of Water

1 Lemon

1 Ginger Root

What To Do: 

1. Slice the lemon and ginger.

2. Mix them into the water

3. Let them site for a couple of hours so the taste of the ginger and lemon are infused with the water.

If you don’t like ginger then you can use cucumber instead. It’s refreshing and you’re more likely to drink more water if it has more taste to it. Once you’re done wit that pitcher of water, simply refill and let it sit again.  You can also do it on a smaller scale by just putting a couple of slices of each in your water bottle.
