If you’re in a rush each morning but trying to get a nutritious breakfast, try this quick veggie scramble. I usually throw in whatever is in my fridge. Feel free to not to stick to the recipe word for word. Make your own yummy version.
What you need:
1/2 turkey sausage
1/3 pack of mixed veggies (You choose the veggies)
1/4 cup Fat Free cheese (You choose which cheese you want.)
What to do:
1. Cook the sausage over a medium high skillet. Chop the sausage into pieces if you want it to cook faster.
2. Add the veggie mix to the skillet and cook for about two minutes or until heated up.
3. Mix in the eggs.
4. Remove from heat once the eggs are to your liking then sprinkle your cheese of preference.
