Thai Cleanse Salad

In an effort to eat healthier and rid your body of toxins, try a new tasty dish!

It’s called the Thai Cleanse Salad and not only is it good, it also lasts so you can eat it by itself one day and then mix it with ingredients like protein for other days.

It’s quick and easy to make. Just chop and mix!

What You Need: 

1 Cup of Green Cabbage

1 Cup of Red Cabbage

2 Cups of Chopped Pineapples

2 Tablespoons of Vinegar

1 Tablespoon of Honey

1 Tablespoon of Thai Dressing

2 Tablespoons of Powdered Curry

1/2 Cup of Raisins


What to do: 

Chopp, add the dressing ingredients and mix. Throw in some almonds if you like!

The salad is packed with cabbage and curry which are meant to clean out the body of toxins and help you eat healthy as well as staying slim.
