It’s #SundayFunday and if your sweet tooth is craving some delectables… G has sent us a traditional #Argentine # DulceDeLecheRecipe from her motherland that will tickle your fancy!
What you need:
4 cups milk
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
What to do:
Bring the milk to a boil in a sauce pan. Add all other ingredients. Make sure to stir the sugar with a whisk until it’s completely dissolved. Cook on medium low until it turns into caramel, about 2-3 hours. When done, it should have a tan or brown color and smooth texture. Test to see if it’s done by spooning some onto the center of a plate. If it does not run, it’s ready.
