Part of living life is not only the daily grind and responsibilities, it’s also about what makes you happy. No matter who you are or what point of view you have, happiness is something we all strive for in one way or another.
I know, it’s obvious we all want happiness but what isn’t obvious is losing the desire on a day to day basis to do things that make you happy.
It’s something that’s creeps up on you. One day you give up something that makes you happy because you’re running around, etc. The next day you do it again and it continues, slowly making you lose that passion and energy you once had for life.
One day you realize you’ve been giving all your time to other things and people and have set aside what gives you happiness, whether it be something small or big.
Think about your daily life. Do you do at least one thing a day that you enjoy and makes you happy?
If the answer is yes, good for you. If the answer is no, think of something that makes you happy. Something that you may have given up and not even realized you had set aside.
I dare you to fit it into your schedule.Dare you to do at least one thing that makes you happy each day. Even if you can only set aside a couple of minutes, just try it at least for a week.
After that week, see how you feel.
