5 Ways To Be More Productive

Lazy Sundays are great but what about the rest of the days? We constantly try to get things done and sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day but there are little cheats to be a bit more productive.

According to Fast Company, just a few changes (listed below) to your normal routine may help give a push to your productivity.

1. Focus- Stop trying to multitask and do everything at once. It may take you longer just to finish that one task. Focus on one task at a time. You’ll do it right and fish faster than trying to do everything at once.

2. Plan your day- Organize your day into time blocks so you know what your spending your precious time on and when.

3. Don’t Obsess Over Perfection– Do not let trying to make something perfect paralyze you. Yes, do it right but it does not have to be perfect. While it is a good quality, it is something that could paralyze you and keep you from moving on to the next task.

4. To Do Lists- Write up a to do list so you can see what needs to be done. It feels sos good to cross off items on the list and see how much you did in the day.

5. Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff – Put your brain on autopilot when it comes to small decisions. Have a go to meal so you don’t have to waste time trying to decide. Make the small decisions quickly  so you have more time for the bigger decisions.
