Thanksgiving Cleanse Salad

Cleanse Salad

Feeling a bit heavy lately after eating so much Thanksgiving food and then some leftovers the next day? Try this cleanse salad to get you back on track to eating healthier and feeling less bloated from your Thanksgiving feasts. Did I mention it’s easy to make?

What You Need:

1/2 Head of Purple Cabbage

1 Head of Cauliflower

1 Head of Broccoli

4 Carrots

1/2 Red Bell Pepper

1/2 Green Bell Pepper

1/2 Cup of Beets

1 Cup of Spinach

1 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic

1 cup of Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt

1 Teaspoon of Freshly Ground Pepper


What To do: 

1. Finely chop up all of the vegetables and place them in a large bowl.

2. Mix in the items and add in the lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper.

3. Enjoy!
