Good Monday Morning to you @TheYLifers…

Let’s start our week off with a gram that will tangle taste buds in a delightfully sweet baked loaf!

If the kick off to this Fall season has left you, as deprived of Blueberry loving as it has us, head on over to the Frozen food isle and turn that frown upside down.

Just a few weeks back, @TheYLife mentioned, we would routinely inspire each other with inexpensive options to make gourmet dishes, that would be Guilt- Free on the WALLET! On the heels of our campaign came L’s BlueBerry Loaf! As the smell of blueberries bursting in a 425 degree oven mingles effervescently with crystalized ginger… Allow the mere thought tingle your senses for a dish sure to surprise all for less than $5!

L’s BlueBerry Loaf:

Pre- Heat the oven to 425 Degrees

Grease a Loaf Dish

1 Package of ‘Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix

3/4 Cup of 2% Milk

1/4 Tsp. of Crystalized Ginger, Crushed

1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries

Topping:

2 Tbsp. Raw Brown Sugar, Sprinkled

1/4 Cup Toasted Oats

This tasty treat is perfect for an inexpensive gourmet delight. Have a BlueBerry filled week!
