While we’d all love to be happy all the time, sometimes we feel a bit down or stressed. You can either get stressed out and eat or decide to work out to tame that stress but you can only do so much of both. For a boost to your mood and alleviate stress, try these top natural remedies.

Bach

Bach Flower Essences (Aspen)

This is quite easy to find. You can get it at a vitamin shop or your local whole foods. They’re drops specifically made using the famous Bach flower remedies system created by Dr. Edward Bach. They are discreet and are known to help ease anxiety, stress replacing it with a sense of security. You put a certain amount of drops into your water bottle  and drink it slowly throughout the day. It’s a small step to help boost you in the right direction.

Lavender can even help treat headaches, insomnia, exhaustion, nervous disorders, and pain, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.  You can find it at a Whole Foods or at an apothecary. You can use it’s dried form to make a natural tea. Just use a tablespoon worth or you can use essential oil drops to put on your skin or smell to help ease stress.
