Lavender Potatoes


This is the perfect recipe if you are inspired by anything and everything Lavender…

 Place a pot of water to boil stovetop @ High heat



 1 Tbsp. of Kosher Salt

 1 lb. Bag of Baby and/or Fingerling Potatoes (Yellow, Red & Purple)

Boil Potatoes for 10 Minutes

Drain, Halve & place back in empty pot at Low Heat



½ Cup Of Olive Oil

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Tsp. Cracked Pepper

1 Tbsp. Dill Weed (Fresh or Dried)

1 Tbsp. Chives (Fresh or Dried)

½ Tsp. Crushed Crystallized Ginger

1 Tsp. Dried Lavender


Fold together, turn off stovetop & allow pot to remain on stove 5 Minutes covered

Serve & Enjoy!
