Detox No Nos 

Looking to purge a few pounds or maybe just reset yourself? 

There are some small steps you can take to help “cleanse” your body of toxins and we’re not just talking about your daily trip to the Lou. 

A small move like avoiding certain things may help boost your energy and get you a bit slimmer. Don’t forget to add in the exercise though. 

Try to avoid these: 

  • Grains 
  • Sugar
  • Caffeine 
  • Overly Processed Foods 
  • Salt 
  • Dairy
  • Alcohol 

What you do not want to avoid is tons of water with lemon. You can even add in a bit of honey to make it sweeter. Chug a lug!
