Is there a song or songs that really get you riled up? Find those. If it’s a playlist, even better! 

Take 2 

Take a 2 minute break just to give your mind and body a rest then hit it hard! 

Concentrate If You Can 

You’ve got a goal now just focus on it and image yourself doing it. In your mind, you’re there now to the physical part.
