Happy hour might have turned into night caps at some point and your head may not be feeling that great after that. Also it may not have been your finest moment, buthey at least you had fun.
Now to cure that hangover!
1. Coffee – not only will it wake you up but it will also help soothe that hangover with the caffeine it has.
2. Water- number one in my book! The more you drink, the more your body will work to get the toxins out.
3. Something sugary – the sugar will help stabilize your blood sugar levels which are low during a hangover.
4. Coca Cola- pretty much goes along the same lines that it will help with your blood sugar.
5. Something Greasy- The grease will help absorb that alcohol in your system!
