It sounds like a daunting dish but The Y Life broke this classic French dish down to doable! Here it is!
What you need:
2 yellow onions
2 bell peppers
2 tblsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
4 sprigs thyme
1/3 cup basil
1 cup grated aged Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
What you need to do:
1. Chop all the ingredients into tiny pieces.
2. Mix in a batch of oil and sauté until golden.
3. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
