5 Ways To Live In The Moment 

Starting the week can get you into work mode – focused mostly on one thing or a billion little daily things – one of them most likely is not how to live in the moment.

It’s something that may not be on your to do list – but is more important than you think. 

So to set a more positive trend to your week, here are a few ways to help you live in the moment.. At least for a couple of minutes.

1. Take three deep breaths and focus on each breath going in and out of your body. 

2. Put on your favorite song, close your eyes and enjoy it for as long as it lasts. 

3. Step outside and enjoy a bit of nature. Watch it. Appreciate it. 

4. Stop and look at a picture of the ones you love or a view that relaxes you.

5. Call a loved one and tell them you love them.
