Fresh Picked Yellow Heirloom Tomato Salad…

1 Organic Large Yellow Heirloom Tomato, Cut into 1/2 Inch Cubes 

1 Organic Cucumber, De-Seeded & Cut into 1/2 Inch Cubes 

1/4 Cup of Red Onion, Shaved into 1/2 Inch Slices 

2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, julienned 

Light Red Wine Vinaigrette… 

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tsp. Gluten Free Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tsp. Fresh Mint, Minced 

A Pinch of Salt & Black Pepper To Taste

1/4 Tsp. Fresh Dried Oregano
