Hot Cocoa Anyone?!

  

It’s finally starting to feel A LOT more like Winter, right?! 

We think so too… 

So what to do when the weather is Gloomy, Rainy and Chilly outside… Make Hot Cocoa but of course!

Many folks have differing recipes and frankly I’m sure they are all amazing, but I have to say that mine is just special in its own very way! 

This Hot Chocolate recipe is made for 2, so I hope you can enjoy sipping on it, while cuddling with someone special…

L’s 4 Milk’s Hot Cocoa…

In a small saucepan, at Medium heat, begin to scald… 

1 Cup 2% Milk

3/4 Cup of Evaporated Milk 

1/2 Cup of Water

3 Tbsp. of Sweetened Condensed Milk  

2 Tbsp. Pure Powdered Dark Chocolate (Hershey’s and Penzeys are my two favorite Dark Cococa Powder brands right now, try them and let us know what you think!) 

1/4 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract 

Whisk 3 Milks and Cocoa, until Milk begins to Scald and Bubble to the surface…. 

2 Mugs 

Top with a dollop of Coconut Whip Cream…

2 Tbsp. Coconut Whip Cream 

Sip & Enjoy!
